As former Chief and Vice Chief of Cardiology at IRMC and with a longstanding tenure at Indian River Cleveland Clinic, Dr. DeoNarine brings unparalleled expertise and dedication. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular diseases, he, along with his assistant Lori May, APRN - C, will prioritize your heart health journey.

Meet The Doctor
Dr. Brian J. DeoNarine has been on staff at Indian River Memorial Hospital and now Indian River Cleveland Clinic since his family moved to Vero Beach back in 1997. He has served as Chief and Vice Chief of Cardiology at IRMC during the formative years of the Cardiac Surgery Program at Indian River Hospital.
Since 1999, Dr. DeoNarine has enjoyed practicing as an Independent Cardiologist in Vero Beach. He maintains Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular diseases. He is an active member in the American College of Cardiology Collaborative Maintenance Pathway[CMP] to maintain his certification. His practice maintains ongoing IAC accreditation in both Echocardiography and Nuclear /PET stress testing.
